Our Board of Trustees plays a crucial role in ensuring that our work remains impactful, sustainable, and aligned with our vision.

What It Means to Be a Trustee

As a Trustee, you’ll be a key part of shaping CivicsEDU’s future. Your responsibilities will include:

📌 Providing Strategic Direction – Helping to set our vision, mission, and long-term goals.
📌 Overseeing Finances – Approving budgets, ensuring resources are used effectively, and supporting fundraising efforts.
📌 Supporting Leadership – Advising and collaborating with our Executive Director and leadership team.
📌 Engaging with the Community – Acting as an ambassador for our mission, building relationships, and advocating for civic education.
📌 Ensuring Accountability – Upholding legal, ethical, and financial responsibilities that keep our organization strong and effective.
