On Sunday, January 21, 2024, our esteemed Board of Trustees convened with Executive Director Kaelan Boyd and Chief of Staff Adrian Paila for a momentous occasion – the official onboarding of new leadership into our organization.

During this significant meeting, the Trustees made key decisions that will shape the future of our organization. We are thrilled to announce the election of our new Board leadership team:

Dr. Katie Hunt has been elected as the Chair of our Board of Trustees. Her wealth of experience in the public sector and dedication to our mission make her an outstanding choice to lead us into the future.

We are delighted to welcome Dr. Christa Flood as our Vice Chair. Dr. Flood’s educational expertise and passion for our cause will undoubtedly contribute to the success of our organization.

The position of Secretary will be capably filled by Jalil Cantarero. Jalil’s commitment to excellence and attention to detail will be invaluable in this role.

This dynamic trio, along with our existing Board of Trustees, will work hand in hand with our Leadership Team to guide our organization to new heights. They will provisionally serve in these capacities until June 30, 2024.

As we embark on this exciting chapter, we express our gratitude to the outgoing leadership for their dedication and hard work. The future looks bright, and we are confident that under the guidance of our new leadership, we will continue to make a positive impact on our community.
